I am making this thread to compile a list of all the States that have decided to effectively leave the Union (or are at least dabbling with leaving the Union) by disregarding at least parts of (if not the entirety of) the federal constitution and/or their own state constitutions. Those States are as follows:
- Washington DC -- Not a State, but it is the current seat of 'The Oligarchy'; what the below-mentioned States are wholly or slowly allying themselves with. DC no longer recognizes the federal constitution as a whole.
- California -- No longer recognizes the federal constitution as a whole, nor their own State constitution as a whole. California is currently a dictatorship.
- New York -- No longer recognizes the federal constitution as a whole, nor their own State constitution as a whole. New York is currently an oligarchy.
- Colorado -- No longer recognizes the 2nd, 5th, or 14th amendments of the federal constitution nor Article I, $3, $5-7, $11, $13 of their own State constitution. (gun laws, due process, eligibility of Presidential candidates)
- South Carolina -- No longer recognizes the 4th amendment of the federal constitution nor Article I, $3, $10, and $13. (seizure laws)
- Oregon -- No longer recognizes the 2nd amendment of the federal constitution nor Sections 18, 20, 22, and 27 of their own State constitution. (gun laws, unequal prosecution)
- Washington -- No longer recognizes the 2nd or 4th amendments of the federal constitution nor Article I, $24 or Article II, $19 of their own State constitution. (gun laws, bill structure and format)
- Minnesota -- No longer recognizes the 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th, or 8th amendments of the federal constitution nor Article I, $4-7 of their own State constitution. (gun laws and unequal prosecution, rights of accused)
